For sake of time and sanity, I have to make this rule:
-Trades involving both NDL and SLN players need to work without the NDL salary, aka the SLN players involved need to meet the trade matching criteria. This does not affect teams with cap space to absorb salaries.
Players signed to the Mid-Level Exception (MLE) may not be traded until day 30. Since these are only 1-year contracts and we want to incentivize smart signings, they can be extended during any time up to day-60.
