NDL Trades

For sake of time and sanity, I have to make this rule:

-Trades involving both NDL and SLN players need to work without the NDL salary, aka the SLN players involved need to meet the trade matching criteria. This does not affect teams with cap space to absorb salaries.

I know it's a bit of a bummer, but it's causing too much of a slowdown with transactions.

I think that's a fair trade off, it doesn't really matter to me. I move the cut salary around so as long as you guys don't hard cap yourselves trying it, seems fine.
