now that preseason has happened — it becomes a different question of timing/hassle for the commish after a full round of delegations were processed (as far as whether it's day 60 or not)

this is entirely up to the sim god, doesn't matter to me which way we enforce it really. your call @ashes

ah, kinda made this trade with the assumption it would be kosher based on the few posts before. but also know sim gods got a process, will await his call

It's down to when the process happens. The TC thing is when you determine based on ratings, so had this trade happened after TC but before preseason, then he would've been included. But since delegations/recalls are processed before preseason, that is the window. After preseason, the next batch will be Day 60. It's been this way for a long time now. Sorry.

No worries, this makes sense to me. If he’s not going to get the potential boost this year because he’s not starting in the NDL, I’m going to remove him from the Day 60 list and save my Sorry Kid for now
