@ashes might have a clock sync issue - both tonger and I used the clock at the top of the page to determine 12PM CT and we both had our posts register as 11:59. Seems like the page clock is a few seconds faster than whatever benchmark the site uses for post records (could be worth a test so we know for the future)

Reward Camps happen right before TC and are inputted manually by ashes. We're getting this thread posted now so people can start thinking about how they want to spend their camps.
