Cavs taking both of the monthly honors has me feeling like a proud dad. We still suck, but consolation prizes are nice

"It's great to see the Celtics doing well again, 'cause that was so much fun in my day to go to the Boston Garden and get spit at, get things thrown at you and talk about your mom. It sounds like dinner at Kenny Smith's house."

3-2 for the Pistons with the new tweaked DC with Shawn Marion. probably some more tinkering to do but not terrible results - only two losses were by 6 and 5 to the Celtics and Rockets, respectively.
5-game stretch findings below:
- KG's shooting is abysmal right now (29% FG / 22% 3P), but in his new PF starting role, on a per36 basis, he's taking down 15.4 rebounds and doing 2.5 stocks : 0.7 turnovers
- Hibbert in the backup 4 spot is looking all around pretty good though - essentially the same shooting volume as KG but more efficient (still not great, but 41% FG), and 12.3 rebounds and 3 blocks : 1.7 turnovers per36
- Shawn Marion is ice cold shoooting (38.2% FG / 28.6% 3P) but getting 1.9 stocks : 0.5 turnovers per36
- Shane Battier not dead yet? turnovers ticking up a bit, but close to 1:1 with steals and shooting 67% from 3
- Jeff Teague is pretty nice at the 2? coming off the bench, largely at SG I think, he's shotting 51% from the field and did 14 stocks (13 steals and a block) to only 1 turnover (4.1 stocks : 0.3 turnovers on per36 basis). despite Shane Battier's shooting, might have to move Teague into the starting 2 spot if he keeps this up
