Strengths: Versatile guard that slashes well and has a solid jump shot. Decent vision with very good quickness. Good steals and a solid perimeter defender. Above-average rebounder. Good strength.

Weaknesses: Range still needs work and can get a little sloppy with the ball.

Scout's Take: Evans has a good mold for potential three position guy that would excel as a sixth man or be a good starting 2/3 in the league. He can score and create turnovers while contributing with assists and boards as well. Scouts aren't sold on him being a superstar, but he should find a nice role for a squad.
