Stipulations: Rubio is committed to finishing out his contract in Spain. For two seasons, he will occupy a roster spot (He will be placed on the IR) and his true ratings will remain a mystery until his third season (his first season eligible for the SLN). He will not go through TC until then and he may not go to the NDL.
