Strengths: Gets inside and causes trouble. Good vision. Good steals. Impressive athlete with excellent quickness.

Weaknesses: Jump shot and range need work. They aren't unsalvageable, but probably not the % you'd like. Handles are iffy. Perimeter defense is meh. Rebounding is not good.

Scout's Take: Fox is an exciting prospect from an upside standpoint, but probably needs more work than you'd expect looking at his profile. Purely an upside look from a PG standpoint. Teams are keeping him high on their boards but there are questions about his development prospects, so it will be interesting to see how he develops.
