Strengths: Crafty playmaking PG that can finish in the lane and hit the midrange jumper. Good size and athleticism. Pretty quick with decent handles and vision. Gets some steals and play solid positional defense. Decent rebounder.

Weaknesses: No 3P game.

Scout's Take: Livingston is an exciting PG prospect if you can get past the lack of range. He finishes well in the paint and has a reliable jump shot while adding some value on the defensive end. Scouts love his upside with some feeling it may be the highest in his class but there are some durability concerns.
