Strengths: Electric player that slashes to the rim with ferocity. Excellent speed. Decent strength. Solid man defender. Should get a few steals a game. Okay rebounder.
Weaknesses: Outside game needs a bit of work. Handles aren't great.
Scout's Take: Ellis has the perfect combo guard build. Very high ceiling offensively. Could be a great starter with the right development or a great sixth man 1/2 off the bench.
