He was delegated post-TC, which is legal as far as I know, after his stats dropped, I defer to Ashes

there's definitely precedent for post preseason delegations, as evident in the delegated players history page, it doesn't happen often

but if i said not to do it somewhere, let me know, i don't recall saying that
