Front Loaded Contracts
Front Loaded Contracts:
A team may sign a player to a front loaded contract: ex. 16.5M / 14M / 12.5M
When giving a player a contract offer, you will still message Ashes in the same terminology used previously for signing players. Ex. Player Name – 1st year salary - # of years - % increase
Only after the player is signed / resigned will you post the player in this thread AND message Ashes.
Rules:
1. Teams may only do this once every 3 seasons
2. This must be done before TC.
3. The contract may be used on both your own players AND free agents
4. Cost is 1000RP for players who offer to resign and 1250RP for every other player.

In my mind it made sense for resignings players to be done before FA Day 1 since that’s when the money will change a lot, but for FA period, prior to TC is the logical time.
It can just be before TC for all, for sake of consistency
