We're def still planning to tank unless things randomly look amazing, so had no need to create any movable salary, just wanted to get a bit of RP out of our cap space this offseason. I'll move Kwame if someone makes an awesome offer (please do!), but I'm happy keeping him on the team and starting him when we flip the switch next year too.
