Welcome to the WAGs round table. The Skillz Tree Wives and Girlfriends (in this case, Wives and Fiance), tell all in the following interview. Hope you enjoy. Partial credit to @pacers (are you running for office or something, why is your SLN name not adam or tonger) who originally thought of the idea to invite WAGs to a podcast.

What does SLN stand for?
Allie (Grizz): Sim league nirvana. Duh
Liz (Kings): Sim League Nirvana.. #DieHardWAG but also this is the first of the several League's acronyms I know by heart
Ivy (Pacers): simulation league nation
Mina (Mavs): sim league nirvana duh
Kelley (Jazz): SIM LEAGUE NIRVANA

How much time does your husband spend on SLN per day?
Allie (Grizz): He is sneakier about this…. I really think only 30 minutes? Sometimes I think it’s basketball and it’s online chess
Liz (Kings): Order of magnitude: hours
Ivy (Pacers): 40 hours. It’s a second job
Mina (Mavs): feels like a lot
Kelley (Jazz): 1 HOUR NOW, ALL WAKING HOURS WHEN HE FIRST STARTED

How did your husband react to winning a championship?
Allie (Grizz): He was excited but measured lol
Liz (Kings): We celebrate as a family. Next time, we're going full on ski goggles and champagne
Ivy (Pacers): fist pumps and calling himself a GM
Mina (Mavs): like he won the lottery
Kelley (Jazz): BEER + TOUTING HIS OWN GREATNESS

Do you think your husband is more into SLN than the league average player?
Allie (Grizz): Nah… but I hear he may win his conference and I haven’t heard anything about the team this season!
Liz (Kings): Yes
Ivy (Pacers): YES
Mina (Mavs): yes
Kelley (Jazz): TODAY, NO. WHEN HE STARTED, YES.

Describe your husband's body language while he's considering a trade.
Allie (Grizz): Focused but cool and collected. Doesn’t hear me when I speak lol
Liz (Kings): Energetic. Salivating?
Ivy (Pacers): staring intensely at his computer or furiously texting on his phone, shoulders tense, hand on chin
Mina (Mavs): pensive and a lot of time on the phone
Kelley (Jazz): TENSE, FOCUSED, EYE ON PRIZE

Who is the best SLN GM?
Allie (Grizz): I know it was Ralph at one point?!? But Jesse pretty much gives himself unnecessary challenges
Liz (Kings): The tree of Skillz
Ivy (Pacers): Adam Tong
Mina (Mavs): idk
Kelley (Jazz): RALPH OBVIOUSLY

Who is the most controversial SLN GM?
Allie (Grizz): Ooo tall Matt…. Ralph and I go way back so that’s where I stand
Liz (Kings): I don't like what guys quit so N/A (but if you know, you know..)
Ivy (Pacers): Whoever is the coolest GM bc cool and SLN don’t quite mix
Mina (Mavs): Clint?
Kelley (Jazz): RALPH OBVIOUSLY

Who is the best player on your husband's team?
Allie (Grizz): I have no idea! I know there are fake players now?? Maybe one of those??
Liz (Kings): He probably already traded him
Ivy (Pacers): Yang Hansen (because he’s Chinese, duh)
Mina (Mavs): it changes too quickly
Kelley (Jazz): FUCK HE TALKS ABOUT IT A LOT LESS NOW, BACK IN THE DAY STEVE NASHCAN?!?

Who is the hottest Disney princess?
Allie (Grizz): I’m going with Ariel
Liz (Kings): Rapunzel?
Ivy (Pacers): Ariel
Mina (Mavs): Ariel
Kelley (Jazz): SHREK

What is the best and worst form of potato?
Allie (Grizz): Worst potato is obviously boiled. Best… I have a few: twice baked, those double fried French fries that are almost kinda tempora-y, maybe latkes because I'm Jewish now and those ones at Barney greengrass are fire
Liz (Kings): Best: crispy, thin crinkle cut fry. Worst: steak wedge fry
Ivy (Pacers): French fries - best. Hash browns a close second. Roasted - worst
Mina (Mavs): fries are the best, baked is the worst
Kelley (Jazz): BEST PARMESAN FRIES + GARLIC AIOLI, WORST SHOESTRING FRIES
