Jesse has a big enough sack where he easily could’ve made improvements to make the playoffs, this makes senseWes wrote: February 24th, 2025, 9:51 am In response to the hate on the Sac 23 FRP trade: Jesse was like 4th or 5th in the West after Sim#2-3 and hit me up saying the West was weak again (true) and was gonna look to make some modest improvements to compete this year. I believed him and while that may have been used as leverage to get his pick back, if I said no I'll keep it he def wouldn't have sold pieces unless it was extremely advantageous. Thought getting multiple future picks back (including one that now looks pretty juicy) would be better to have in my trade arsenal then a 18-24 pick this year.
