15-16 Offseason Questionnaire

1. Draft thoughts? Sleepers, busts, your draft, other drafts, whatever.
FVV looks like he's gonna be really good. Buddy Hield looks really solid already as well. A really interesting draft class overall.
2. How do you feel about your offseason, and what are your goals for this coming season?
Was stoked to get Dejounte and keep KMart. Had I been here I probably would have done another move or two, but still feeling really good about this upcoming season. Think we'll compete for the division again.
3. Thoughts on TC? How did it go for ya? What do you want to see in preseason?
Jimmy dropping a bit isn't ideal but he's still simming the same or better so changes seem to be minor. Drummond finally up to A reb at age 23 and back up to B potential! Dejounte looks playable immediately. Vets mostly held the line. Overall, a fine TC. Not the best, not the worst.
4. Who wins each division and why?
Atlantic: Tough one... I'm going to go with the Knicks. Embiid is gonna be a monster.
Central: P A C E R S
Midwest: Nuggets
Pacific: Kings
5. That was our 20th season! If you went back in time, what would you tell your 1996 SLN GM version of yourself? Tips, tricks, regrets, etc.
Uhh.... be careful what you're getting into and how absorbing it is
6. Pitch the most underrated player on your roster.
Jerebko or Terrence Jones. Really solid guys who are positives on the court and shot funnels. I think this 3/4 swing archetype in general is very undervalued and can be a difference maker in the playoffs.
7. What stips would you come up with for the Zion / Ja draft? Both of those guys have had up-and-down careers so far (for different reasons)
Zion - I think a stip that he can miss up to X% of his games every season due to fatness. Or maybe that he needs to take a month off every season to attend to new childbirths.
Ja - Uhh... nothing shoots to mind immediately
8. What would you spend your brainpower on at a silent retreat?
I highly recommend.
9. Thoughts on your real life sports team(s).
I need the warriors to do something. Franchises should go down swinging with their all time greats.
10. Movies, TV, books, games, whatever recommendations.
Is House of the Dragon a good TV show? Like, objectively? I'm still on the fence.
