Chuma per 36 in Indiana:
22.3 pts, 9.4 reb, 2.3 stocks, 1.2 TO, 48% FG, 1.14 PISTOL
started 18/21 games at SG
if anyone's got guys like that for 9.7m/year please send them to indiana

Say what you want about Herro but he's not a minus rebounder; he's actually a plus rebounder at SG

How different are Kris Dunn and Ja Morant?
Same stock differential per 36
Same rebounding per 36
Same FG%
Morant 20.7 FGA/36 vs Dunn 19.3 FGA/36
Dunn B+ def vs Morant B def

Love all of this - somehow nobody clapped back the last time I wrote this article. Boring!

Good point on Chuma although I would like to see him do it for a larger sample than 21 games. If he does (maybe next season?) I will stand very much corrected!

Herro is a C- rebounder which I think most would consider below average for a wing - I think his per-36 reb numbers are a litttttle inflated because he plays a good bit of SF as a backup

Ja was on shortlist! Maybe he's honorable mention; I still think I'd rather have him than Dunn by a good bit. While I did say this article was just about this year's production, context matters too - Ja's scoring ratings are considerably better, Dunn has historically had a lot less volume even at PG, the Grizz are actively tanking and have exactly 1 other guy scraping 20 a game so Dunn's scoring numbers are juiced

I wonder how much Josh would have to add to turn Kris Dunn into Kris Dunn
Probably a lot of Celtics picks

Lonnie Walker's minutes this year have come with the Kings, who have one guy at 20.8ppg (not counting the Mitten since he was a late addition) and the Celtics, who have two 20ppg guys and are 19th in scoring.

Perhaps his numbers are also juiced?

quady wrote: March 24th, 2025, 8:45 am @Joe what happens now that Lonnie is over 2 TOs?
If we go with players averaging 28 ppg and 2.1 TOs or less, the updated list is still 7 guys - all the same except Turner falls off bc his scoring dropped to 27 and he's replaced by Brunson, who is also on a max. Logic still holds!

Also I was able to do that check because of @bpankin's live league-wide stats sheet...super useful tool for stuff like this
it’s actually 8 when you include TyFreke !!
