I believe my second leftovers signing put me into the hardcap by $60k, after all the trades and signings are processed. If possible / allowed, I'd like to keep both leftovers signees and buyout Frank Mason III (currently in NDL but slated for SLN promotion). If not, will just forgo the second leftovers signing

@ashes I think this gets us to 12 and under the HC when Bazley’s salary is counted as only SLN and not additionally NDL salary. Thought i was already at 12 but must have miscounted
