Re-Signings (Deadline End of Playoffs)

well I guess I'll roll the dice then, to appease Mr Irving. @ashes I remove the RFA tag and will offer him the max and see what he chooses, hopefully with some goodwill built in via not RFA tagging him. I will be completely screwed as a franchise if he doesn't come back
