yes you can offer for him using cap space during FA period

Ashes made it so you have to do this QO to resign guys in NDL. Helps incentivize you calling them up sooner vs just leaving them there

Whats the process? Are the bids just the same as day 1 bids. Then whoever had the player on the team can match?
