Strengths: Scores decently well on the block. Good jumper with some okay range potential. Blocks a lot of shots and plays good positional defense. Very strong.
Weaknesses: Not great when it comes to taking care of the ball. Not very fast. Subpar rebounding.
Scout's Take: Brook Lopez is a unique situation, not necessarily from a talent standpoint, but more so that he represents a changing of the guard. He plays a good bit of defense but isn't a strong boards guy and tends to float outside of the paint more than expected for a big man of his mold. Hmm.
