JESSE TO CONFIRM
This offer was on the table but I hadn't accepted yet, and then by the time I had, Jesse was asleep. Ordinarily I would wait for Jesse to confirm in the AM, but want to get the frenzy bonus for getting the deal in tonight. I texted Jesse letting him know I'm posting, and if he decides he doesn't want to do the deal we can void in the AM.
