Strengths: Thunderous finisher at the rim with good athleticism. Above-average court-vision with his back to the basket. Might get a steal a game. Decent positional defender. Decent rebounder. Good strength and quickness.

Weaknesses: Still working on the midrange/outside game. Decision-making needs work.

Scout's Take: Blake Griffin is an exciting player would shows a lot of offensive promise. His defense isn't the most impressive thing, but he has a base to improve on both defensively and on the boards. Scouts love his upside and feel he can be a top-level big man in the future.
