Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot

Strengths: Explosive finisher with ridiculous length. Solid jump shot. Good handles. Good positional defense with maybe some stock potential. Decent strength and quickness.

Weaknesses: Range isn't there yet.

Scout's Take: Two-way wings are always a valuable commodity, and Luwawu's one of the best ones in a thin class. He's a highlight caliber athlete with a wingspan over 7'0'' and shouldn't slip too far. Scouts I spoke with felt he was closer to SLN-ready than most. Luwawu's got a more diverse offensive game than just his dunk reel, and has made big strides in the past year. There's a lot to like with him.

Ratings: Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot SF 6'7'' 220 21 B C+ C- B+ C B

He also might be more SLN-ready than you think: two scouts cited his passing and decision-making, he can stick with a few different positions on the perimeter. One scout compared his skill profile to Jimmy Butler: “He’s not breaking you down, but he gets to his spots.”
