Centers
Marcin Gortat - Solid inside. Good defense with some shot-blocking. Good strength and decent rebounding.
Chuck Hayes - Zero offense. Good handles, quickness, and strength. Some steals. Good post defense. Excellent offensive rebounder.
Andray Blatche - Very raw. Okay jump shot. Decent steals and blocks. Solid post defense. Solid rebounding. Bad handles. Slow.
Ronny Turiaf - Good shot-blocker with some rebounding.
Johan Petro - Pretty good defender and rebounder. Good handles.
Ian Mahinmi - Very good post defender and rebounder.
Power Forwards
David Lee - Good scoring in the paint with a pretty good jump shot. Solid handles and quickness. Might get a steal a game. Good positional defense and a very good rebounder. Scouts like his chances at becoming a decent starting big for the right team.
Amir Johnson - Solid scoring, shot-blocking, defense, and rebounding. Good quickness. Decision-making needs work. Good upside.
Ersan Ilyasova - Pretty unique player. Should provide decent scoring, defense, and rebounding while taking care of the ball. Definitely slots in as a good sixth man candidate. Has the strength to play the 4 and the quickness to play the 3.
Hakim Warrick - Good athleticism and quickness. Some shot-blocking. Above-average rebounder. Handles are a concern.
Jason Maxiell - Pretty average all-around. Might get a steal and a block. On the slower end.
Charlie Villanueva - Good scoring in the paint. Has a bit of range as well. Takes care of the ball pretty well and is a decent rebounder. Strength and quickness a little lacking. Not a great defender.
Fran Vasquez - Exceedingly average. Does a little bit of everything as a big man, but doesn't excel in any particular aspect. Decent strength and quickness.
Channing Frye - Some scoring ability. Good jump shot with some range beyond the arc. Good post defense. Good rebounder. Takes care of the ball.
Small Forwards
Ryan Gomes - Decent scoring. handles, quickness, and strength. Defense is well-rounded.
Francisco Garcia - The lesser end of 3 and D. Bad rebounder.
Joey Graham - Good jump shot. Good positional defense with some steals. Above-average rebounder. Strong. Handles are eh.
Yaroslav Korolev - Extremely raw with good upside. Okay jump shot. Good quickness. Solid stealing ability. If sent to NDL, will return to Russia instead and return in 1, 3, or 5 seasons. If one season, team will retain rights and contract and may not send to NDL again. If three seasons, team will not retain rights, and he will be eligible for the draft again. If five seasons, team will not retain rights and he will be placed in the FA pool.
Mickael Gelabale - Good jump shot. Solid steals and defense. Good handles.
Shooting Guards
Kelenna Azubuike - Solid inside and jump shot. Good quickness and handles. Very good perimeter defense.
Von Wafer - Decent inside. Very good athleticism and quickness. Solid handles. Outside is a bit undeveloped, but there is some there. Some steals.
CJ Miles - Decent scoring ability. Pretty good handles, quickness, and strength. Some steals and solid rebounding for the 2. Good upside.
Salim Stoudamire - Excellent shooter.
Luther Head - Very good shooter with some court-vision.
Julius Hodge - Good scoring, handles, quickness, and strength. Some steals. Great rebounder for his position.
Gerald Green - Might be considered the diet coke of JR Smith.
Point Guards
Nate Robinson - Excellent leaping ability. Can finish at the rim. Decent jump shot. Excellent quickness. Solid handles. Might get a steal. Not a great defender. Gets virtually no defensive boards.
Jarrett Jack - Divide Chauncey Billups by half. Little Shot Jack.
Will Bynum - Great quickness. Good perimeter defender.
Travis Diener - Good jump shot and 3P shot. Good handles. Good quickness. Might get a steal.
John Lucas III - Good vision, quickness, and handles. Pretty good jump shot.
