Strengths: Good scorer in the paint with a nice midrange game. Takes care of the ball very well. Should get some steals and blocks. Good post defender. Excellent offensive rebounder. Good strength.
Weaknesses: Starting to experiment with the 3P line. Defensive boards need work.
Scout's Take: Millsap, though undersized, has the tools to be a good anchor in the post. He can score the ball well and will provide very good defense. Teams probably need to focus on his rebounding to get him to the levels of the elite.
