Sim League Nirvana

Strengths: Good athlete capable of finishing at the rim. Very good jump shot with developing range. Solid vision. Might get a steal. Excellent quickness.

Weaknesses: Handles need a little work. Defense is shaky but not unsalvageable. Poor rebounder.

Scout's Take: Garland has an excellent build for a combo guard but can also handle the full-time job at the 1. Whether he's starting for a squad or providing that perfect sixth man role, teams are pretty excited for his upside.

Stipulations: Can play PG.

So pretty much take this guy, make him a way worse version of Collin sexton and call it a day. Got it!
