Q: Tell Us About Your New Years. Any crazy Stories?
1. Fingers in butts
2. I built a sick Lego set
3. I got the flu and went to sleep before NY for the first time in my adult life. We can't all be heroes!

5. Delray Beach Atlantic Ave… nothing crazy. Golf and football nothing better though.

Q: What is your FAVORITE aspect of the new rules during the BBB Era?
1. Big baller bounty / baller shot caller (X3!)
2. No HC
3. The shop!
4. How the commish seems to be as engaged and enthusiastic about the league as ever
5. I enjoyed the BB shot caller and Bounties, thought they could be adjusted to make them less overpowered for the better teams. I.e. once a shot caller is hit that specific one for that player can't be used again. For bounties maybe auto spreads for different tiers? I.e. one tier difference defaults to -5 for the higher tier team?
6. Bounties were fun. But mainly it’s interesting that a video game can evolve and ashes can create unique scenarios to keep things fresh instead of doing the exact same thing forever
7. The added layers of the draft are pretty cool and a nice change up. I like the idea of solving for certain teams having better / worse scouting staffs than others. That has been a really fun aspect of all of this.
8. I do like the element of new ways to earn currency to improve my team/players
9. It’s fun to see how much you can really do with the sim league. I don’t think it’s a bad idea to choose the best ideas from BBL and can implement in future years.
10. Hasn’t happened yet, but excited for tourney of champions
11. Not BBB era exactly but I love getting to direct NDL gains
12. Love the draft, it’s a fun shakeup
13. I thought the Rapidraft was a pretty cool advantage for the jay scrubbs
14. The random tourneys, I think the new tanker shit is fun but the lack of clarity for non tankers is frustrating. Maybe a blend between the two?
15. In season tourney was legit.

17. Everything across the board. From the in season challenges to tournament of champions to rapidraft. Also the chaos of not knowing if there is a hard cap is quite fun
Q: What is your LEAST favorite aspect of the BBB era?
1. No hard cap (X4). Fake Draft Notes.
2. Uncertainty and lack of communication on what’s next
3. I do not enjoy chaos. Rules and a clear understanding of what to expect in the future is essential for making long term decisions. We also had a perfectly good/fun league within the old rules which has been unilaterally turned upside down in a seemingly semi-permanent way
4. The variable cap makes planning impossible, and feels like completely arbitrary reward for some folks and punishment for others
5. Just the general uncertainty of rules changing and not knowing when they might be back to normal
6. Less content
7. Spamming the same shot collar. Probably one of those things that sounded good but needed to be worked out more.
8. The unknown can sometimes be frustrating but trust ashes to bring it full circle in a fair way.
9. It’s too hard to follow. I hate to say it because Ashes has gone above and beyond to make this as fun as possible, and I don't want to take for granted the monumental effort he has put forth. But I worry that it's too much, too hard to follow, and too confusing. We are in our 3rd month of this thing...real time? The season's are taking longer. This is a fact: trades, articles, and posts are down significantly since this has all started and it's not surprising b/c there is simply too much going on to engage with the fundamental parts of the league. I feel like my head is constantly under water. The engagement of the league is way down b/c it’s hard to catch up on all of the changes.
10. Dead trade market, activity/morale seems to be low i think some of the new rules and changes all at once were a bit overwhelming

12. Haven’t had any problems with it. If anything, I wish there were more changes.

Q: If you could change one thing about the league, what would it be?
1. No more BBB nonsense
2. More activity and pace
3. Back to the normal rules pretty please.

5. Make folks happier. Feels like everyone has been in their feelings for a few months which is probably not remotely SLN related
6. Go back to SLN. And find us a semi-annual sweet SLN trip so we can all be one clique.
7. Need to find a way to bring the overall positivity and camaraderie back
8. More trading and teams taking more risk. Risk taking should be rewarded.
9. People get too fired up

12. Looser RP flow (to allow people to use it for things other than camping) or reduced cost for things other than camping. Also the RFA rules suck
13. More opportunities for RP. Double the amount of points for pickem or something. We all work full time jobs and are busy. Not everyone wants to sacrifice hanging out with significant others, exercise etc., to write articles. I understand that would then disincentivize content which is fun for everyone to consume. I'd say, instead, incentivize content with the types of items in the BBB shop. But it sucks that some promising players aren't fully camped because certain GMs are too preoccupied with real life to produce the necessary RP.
14. RP inflation and more participation incentives. Like first time pod per season gets a boost.
15. Cliques to die and more consistent content grading, both timing wise and RP amounts

17. More people willing to trade. Everyone is way too closed off about there players and a bit too sensitive when asking about trades. It’s a game have fun with it
18. More engagement - half the GMs don’t even hit their post total every season
19. More consistent article grading and timing
