GMs have until Mon, Jan 27 to vote. If you like, you may refer to the results of the league-wide survey that someone put out on GMOTY criteria.

-Anyone who votes gets 100 RPs.
-GMs get an additional 200 RPs for posting in this thread and advocating on behalf of a GM. Do not advocate on behalf of yourself!
-Do not vote for yourself.

Things to Consider:

-GM proactivity and creativity
-Success in drafting, trades, FA signings, general team building
-Production in the form of wins, losses and team stats
-Delta in team performance from year to year (or in this case, from draft to end of regular season).

Winner Gets:

-1,000 RPs
-Ability to add or subtract a year to any player's contract on your team. Must be done within one season.

Tiebreaker:

-If any two GMs are tied in 1st place in voting, we will do a ranked-choice procedure for them + anyone within 2 votes of the leader to determine the winner.

Takes balls to pivot out of a title team and also foresight to do it and actually improve. Historic season speaks for itself. Helps obviously to have KD but Hawks deserve tons of credit

Heimer!! Big move trading LeBron mid playoff run last season and it created an even more dominant team. Picked up some nice pieces to fill in the edges a la Deron Williams. Goat team

I'm voting heimer because lebron trade got amazing value, got Deron Williams, a perfect 6th man at this age for a fair price, and cannot forget about the Zach Collins overpay to round out the roster.

Huge shoutouts a ton of others. Matt - Otto Porter and Nerlens Noel deals were smooth AF. Josh - Cojo deal was super nice. Clint - big ZUUUUUU. Ralph - the Greg Oden trade ending up working well, two very high level guys for one super high level guy. Wes - nice touches around the edges to get this team into the playoffs.
