Strengths: Okay jump shot. Decent steals and might get close to a block a game. Decent rebounder. Good quickness.
Weaknesses: Very raw. Scoring isn't quite there yet. Handles need a little work. Positional defense is lacking. Might need to hit the weights.
Scout's Take: Bilal is a very interesting prospect. Many think it may be a year too early, but he's loaded with potential. He has a long way to go, but surely there is a team or two willing to take a swing on him.
