Strengths: Good slasher. Capable of finishing well at the rim. Decent jump shot. Should get a steal. Decent perimeter defender. Solid rebounder. Good quickness and athleticism with decent strength.
Weaknesses: Streaky shooter at best. Decision-making needs work.
Scout's Take: Holland's stock has been up and down, but he has great physical tools for a wing. Teams will definitely have to focus on ironing out his shooting consistency. If that happens, Holland has a good chance at being a nice two-way player.
