No Tampering

This all falls under the "love of the game clause" / Commish Gawd has sole direction to void things, but just so we spell it out....

Tampering

Pretty much any trade done to undermine the integrity of the league will be ruled as tampering. Specific examples of this would include:

1. PLAYER LOANS

-----> Trading good players from your team so that you lose more, then getting the player back the next year for nothing.

------>Incenting a team (w/ draft picks) to take a player so that they could camp them, only to trade back for them.

2. BACK-ROOM DEALZ

----->Offering teams with cap space RPs or FRP's not to bid on your players, so you can get them back cheaper than the market would naturally dictate

----->Writing articles for other people and charging some other form of non-RP currency

---->(if you take this way too seriously) offering real cash to get a deal done lol

------>Agreeing to trading installments of future RPs to a team that is not specified publicly in a trade. Say you want a player desperately but have no RPs or picks to trade. You offer to send the team 3,000 RPs over the course of 4 seasons in deals and say you will disguise these in several trades over the course of that time. Not allowed!

In any of these cases, ashes will levy a hefty penalty to the violator(s). Think: hard cap penalty, but potentially more aggressive.

Rules definitely make sense but super surprised they even have to be stated. Just curious Jesse in past leagues did you see some of these happen lol

I have seen some version of all of the above. It's rare but it happens!
