Strengths: Good at getting into the lane and finishing through contact. Decent jump shot. Solid handles with pretty good vision. Should get a steal and challenge some shots. Solid rebounder. Good strength and quickness.

Weaknesses: Range needs work. Positional defense is subpar.

Scout's Take: Harper is a big guard that can cause matchup issues with opposing 1s, but he is still pretty rough around the edges. Teams love his overall build and many feel like he has star written all over him. He's not there yet but has a lot of avenues for development.
