Weaknesses: Range needs work. Handles are just okay. Needs to hit the weights some.
Scout's Take: VJ is an exciting player with a very solid base. He might need some time to adjust to the next level, but the skills are there to become a big-time player. With the right development, he has two-way star written all over him.
