Draft Profiles: 2030 Scouts from the Swamp
Falco Prophet, PG
Bio: This young man is no Shane Falco, he of Sugar Bowl failure (I'd imagine this is a crowd that has seen "The Replacements"). Needing no nickname, he is apparently ready for the bright lights. The Prophecy emerged as a major winner in his Florida high school days: during Swamp Steven's visit to IMG Academy, Steven even jotted down "MERV WOULD CALL HIM A 'WINNING PLAYER'" in his notebook.
At recent Nike-Adidas scrimmages, Prophet showcased his strengths, including high assist-to-turnover ratio and defensive playmaking. He's someone you can plug into nearly any team as a role player, which makes him an intriguing late-round pick for a contender. Scouts have some question regarding his upside: Kittles took away that he might be "too unselfish" and needs to look at the basket to be a starter-level player. However, it's hard to overlook the marketable qualities and good handling foundation.
Kittles' Projection of Ashes' Draft Notes: Prophesied to be ready for the big stage. Good handles. Will get steals. Decent quickness. Not much of a scorer.
Grades: C- B- B B C- C
Will Kings and Raptors Fight a Land War for This Man?: Probably Not
Could he contribute to the Anaheim Arsenal?: Maybe
Team Prediction at a Glance: Cleveland Cavaliers

Denym Wallace, SF
Bio: Forever in Blue Jeans, the Illinois product caught scouts' attention with his performance on Team Nike. Denym values every opportunity, even if he doesn't always value the ball. His playmaking is just a step ahead of his execution, but that doesn't diminish his fast-rising draft stock. He's in the SLN sweet spot of "SF/PF tweener," with enough vision to facilitate teammates and the ability to grow into something more.
The full arsenal was on display in a recent 88-83 loss to Adidas. Wallace attacked the basket with ease, scoring 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting, yet inexplicably fired the ball out of bounds on several occasions. The following day, he reined in the playmaking but struggled to get open looks from the perimeter. Some GMs believe that if he can put it all together, he'll be the steal of the draft.
Kittles' Projection of Ashes' Draft Notes: Good potential to score at all levels. Decision-making needs work. Needs to develop strength. Good upside.
Grades: B- C+ C C+ C+ B
Will Kings and Raptors Fight a Land War for This Man?: No
Could he contribute to the Anaheim Arsenal?: If he doesn't disrupt Kiyan.
Team Prediction at a Glance: Seattle SuperSonics

Javi Alcaraz, PF
Bio: Cousin of Carlos. (Probably not, I think Steven started this rumor.) What you see is what you get. Javi is a conventional power forward in an era where this role is gaining value. With his dependable inside scoring, Alcaraz aced his auditions in recent scrimmages. He loves putting his back to the basket, and demonstrates signs of rounding out his game.
Most scouts jotted down three letters: "N, D, L." Alcaraz is an ideal stash, and someone who could work on his game in the controlled setting of a development league. He's a surefire target around Picks 20-25, where a smart general manager will devote time over the years to his handles, rebounding, and strength.
Kittles' Projection of Ashes' Draft Notes: Good inside scoring. Decent strength. Handles definitely need work. OK in most other areas.
Grades: B- C D C+ B- B
Will Kings and Raptors Fight a Land War for this Man?: 2029 Big Board No. 6 Prospect Shalen Sheppard destroyed him in a workout, unfortunately.
Could he contribute to the Anaheim Arsenal?: Absolutely fire target for the Anaheim Arsenal, yes.
Team Prediction at a Glance: Vancouver Grizzlies
--
Kaden House, SG
Bio: Hold tight, WAIT 'TIL THE PARTY'S OVER. The actual son of Eddie, Kaden burned down the house in the latest round of Nike-Adidas games. He's an excellent inside scorer who's capable of bullying other lead guards. When you start with that level of scoring upside, the sky is the limit, though there's no need to dismiss serious concerns about the rest of his profile.
His handles and decision-making are equally wild and could hinder his success at the next level. And while he's physical in attacking the rim, he enjoys heaving three-point shots, much to the chagrin of his coaches. However, as the King Bacot draft profile gains hype, some GMs feel they could develop a discount version with House. He's fairly strong, will steal the ball and occasionally rebound, and the upside is tough to deny.
Kittles' Projection of Ashes' Draft Notes: Can play PG.
Grades: C+ C+ C+ B- C B
Will Kings and Raptors Fight a Land War for this Man?: Just you wait.
Could he contribute to the Anaheim Arsenal?: Everyone is reluctant to piss off Killian Hayes' agent again.
Team Prediction at a Glance: Atlanta Hawks
--
Cash Knueppel, SG
Bio: It doesn't matter if there's a stip: once Heat GM Will rolls out four Knueppels, opposing defenses will be too confused (and/or irritated) to really care. This latest edition could be the "Arch" version of the family, or he could develop into something slightly better. Cash blended in nicely with the Adidas team, functioning as more of a role player, though he did labor through his minutes at the point guard spot.
He's a pretty strong guard, though, with good intangibles and passable genes. He can make plays on both sides of the ball, even if he's starting as a slightly below average offensive player. Teams will bank on his brothers sharing Polonius-like wisdom as he gains confidence in the pros.
Grades: C B- C+ C+ C C
Will Kings and Raptors Fight a Land War for this Man?: No, they just selected future MVPs by trading up with 350 RP.
Could he contribute to the Anaheim Arsenal?: Can hold the iPad for Kiyan.
