Strengths: Special scorer. Crafty getting to the basket. Outside threat. Very good jump shot and good beyond the arc. Solid handles. Decent court vision. Should get a few steals. Good strength for a PG.
Weaknesses: Not a good man defender. Though he will contribute with steals, he will probably get torched by opposing strong scoring PGs. Not a good rebounder.
Scout's Take: Bibby has the tools to be a special PG. He is offensively very gifted and should create turnovers. Could go top 3. Will probably randomly get really, really buff after he retires.
