The jimmy butler offered resigning is a kind of weird scenario. one year super cheap. Do you decline then RFA him to get a long term deal or do you just sign him on the cheap deal and roll the dice next offseason hoping for another cheap resign?

Jimmy’s additional year should just be appended to the existing contract I believe (instead of being a re-signing offer), but obviously accept if I need to
