Could do like RP boosts based on conference strength in a given year? Because of the ebb & flow. Right now it's just total stalemate

the race for 8 is beautiful for both conferences, even if the inferior conferences 8 seed is below 500. However, I'd rather be the 8th seed in the west where you may have a shot vs getting shitcanned by the Raptors in the first round
