i picked kipke for this in my mind with a good chunk of the season left. to turn what was very brief tank to a 52 win is very impressive especially to me who has been trying to do that for a while now. he's positioned himself to be even better going forward for many seasons to come and hasn't really given up a lot to get here (aside from the pick that became Kawhi but that was crazy lotto luck)

Voted for Kipke. He acquired Melo, Antawn, Mahinmi, Perk, Diaw, and TA in one season and put up the following YoY delta:
2010 - 20 wins with -13 point differential
2011 - 52 wins with +5.6 point differential
Overall he just hit on all the notes for GMOTY (proactivity, strong production, huge performance delta, etc). Going from an awful team to the 4 seed is fun to see, nicely done Kip

thought we had until end of playoffs tbh. just goofed it
