Confirmed, the West is way worse this year than it was last year. Should those teams have a lower hard cap number to pay players because TV revenue from the East is clearly subsidizing them? It's kinda like the WNBA...where the highest paid player makes like $200K. Then again, I don't think that'll fix the problem

It must be pretty easy to subsidize a conference when you have zero regard for the hard cap
Strengths: Crafty in the lane. Good jump shot with solid range. Pretty smart with the ball. Should get a steal. Serviceable perimeter defender. Decent quickness.
Weaknesses: Strength isn't great. Probably can't handle the 3.
Scout's Take: Arenas is a consistent scoring threat...
Strengths: Decent finisher in the lane, prefers to create his own shots. Solid jump shot and range. Decent vision and handles. Plays the passing lanes well. Good perimeter defender with good lateral movement. Probably leans to above average on the rebounding side. Good quickness....
Strengths: Gets to the rim with ease. Loves to throw himself into the fray with reckless abandon. Solid jump shot. Decent vision and handles. Might get a steal. Good quickness.
Weaknesses: Range needs work. Perimeter defense is shaky. Not a good rebounder. Weak.
