Weaknesses: Handles are iffy. Defense isn't good and rebounding is below average.

Scout's Take: Parker's game seems to be more like a SF, but he lacks the quickness to keep up with 3s at the next level. He can stretch the floor and scores well. Defensively he won't win you any awards, but he might not be a total negative. His spotty rebounding lands him firmly outside the prototypical mold for a guy his size, but scouts are sure he'll find a place in the league.
