Scout's Take: Wagner is a very gifted offensive prospect, renowned for his 100 point game in high school. However, his lack of defense and very poor rebounding have teams concerned about his starting viability. While no one doubts his ability to put up big scoring numbers, he may be too one-sided for a larger role. Great upside though.
