Y'all like stats? Well we got stats!
Bringing this back by popular demand - our annual SLN True Shooting % report. I'm gonna break this into two reports: (1) Players with 30+ MPG, and (2) Players with 12-30 MPG in an effort to parse out starters vs. bench production.
Without further ado, here's this season's league leaders in TS%, by position and overall, for players with 30+ MPG (and 20+ games played):

Observations
Among PGs, J-Crossover reigns supreme, with the #8 TS% across the league. D-Will, Agent Zero, AI, and Jameer Nelson help round out a mostly under-30 top five at the position. Surprising/sad to see two recent league MVPs, Shaun Livingston and Jason Kidd, near the bottom of these PG rankings.
At SG, the top three should be no surprise, with Manu at the very top. D-Wade (#2 SG) has arrived in full, while Ray Allen (#3) continues to be a bucket. Rip Hamilton has clearly been a great addition for the Lakers, but I'm excited to see Brandon Roy here in this top five so soon. He should be a lot of fun! On the other end of the spectrum, I'm more surprised to see that Kobe, and to a lesser extent, Anthony Parker and Monta Ellis, shot so poorly. Monta's a helluva tank commander in the meantime, though something tells me he would've failed the drug (and other) tests needed to drive a real tank.
Stay Me7o!!! Carmelo is a damn bucket, topping the SF rankings, though he was probably more of an SG than a true SF this year. Pretty cool to see Melo and Bron as the top 2 SFs in TS%. After Bron, we've got Sheed (#3) still causing problems for everyone. Jordo's gotta hope Tayshaun Prince (#4) likes San Antonio more than Charles Broccoli. Meanwhile, Corey Spaghetti rounds out a *tasty* wing pairing out in Chicago at #5. On the other end of the spectrum, Jamario, where art thou (shooting mechanics)?
Looking at the PFs, Pau (#1) stands *tall*, a full 2.5% clear of the next true big in Malik Allen (#3). Dirk's at #2 here, but would've slotted in at #12 among SFs - that's something to keep an eye on fur sure. Otherwise, Paul Millsap (#4) is starting to look v promising in DC and Jermaine "Coltrane" O'Neal [Mambo #5)] had relatively good years, too. Meanwhile, K-Mart, fresh off a title and last place in these PF rankings, throws up a double bird at this report (and most written word TBH). Timmy D and Eddie G make up a defensively-dominant duo that might bring another set of questions on offense. Can't wait to see how the new-look Cavs perform this season.
At C, Yao (#1) is still that guy and would've finished #1 among all bigs. My son, Chris Bosh (#2), Mehmet "Son of Swamp" Okur (#3), Professor Al Jefferson (#4), and Big Z (#5) make up the rest of the top five. At the bottom of these rankings, Kwame Brown, Bird Man, and Jason Collins save it all for defense, because they ain't bringin' it on this end.
Looking at the overall top 100, it's cool to see legends of the game (like Manu, Ray, and Sheed) still playing at the peak of their powers. What's even more exciting is seeing how much young talent the league has under the age of 25 -- from names like Melo, LeBron, and Arenas to Brandon Roy, D-Will, and others, it's clear that SLN is in great hands.
