Heimer for me. One year after a title that he went all in for, in a difficult cap situation, unloading a completely underwater Lebron contract for one of the best big butts in the history of the league has to be one of the greatest Houdini moves we’ve ever seen from a team facing the end of their title window. He got the absolute most out of a super talented roster; 72 wins doesn’t even feel flukey when you consider their differential, which has to be the best in 2 decades. Shout out to Matt (massive winner in the OPJ trade and moderate winner in the Nerlens deal) and Josh, who was able to unload one of the worst deals in the league (Nurkic) and get one of the best in return (Cojo), sacrificing very little, but Heimer gets my vote
