The Orlando Magic are proud to have the 2022 Slam Dunk Champion Aaron Gordon and have announced an Air Gordon day for the home game against the Raptors on Day 103 (3/16). Aaron faces his former squad and plans on dunking all over them repeatedly. Nic Claxton was heard saying, "Man that dude dunked on me every day in practice as a joke, smh dude gonna kick my ass in a game." Aaron became a 3-time slam dunk champion and the 2nd slam dunk champ in Orlando Magic history after Shawn Kemp. Aaron coming into this announcement was named a 2021 All Star and has been averaging 26.0 PPG, 10.8 RPG, 2.9 APG, 2.8 BPG, and 1.0 SPG on 46.7% FG% 38.2% 3FG% and 90.8% FT%.
Fans attending the Raptors @ Magic on Day 103 will receive 1 Aaron Gordon doll donning a Magic uniform with a cape and wings on his 361 degree signature sneaker. This special promotion will come one day prior to John Henson fly swatter day and is a part of a series of special promotions during the Magic's special 2021-22 regular season.
