Mock Top 10 Draft 2012 and how to camp them

1. Anthony Davis - B C+ C B B-
Words like “stock monster” “Very good post defender and defensive rebounder” Have me salivating. His solid B IS is eye-catching. He's 19 years old and is already going to be Tim Duncan/Howard as a floor it seems. His only bad notes are of his 3pt shot and his turnovers. A dude this stack needed a kryptonite and it seems his 2.5-3+ TOs per game to start is the one. I still have faith that this real star studded bigs get extra attention from Ashes in SLN and always get the room to grow into a… Dream like player. Like Yao, i think AD will flesh out to be an absolute monster. 25PPG 12RB 5Stocks to 2 TOs. I would not supercamp him because i want to hit him year 1 with a +8 inside scoring. If that doesnt hit Supercamp is on the table. He will 100% need +8 (or +10) handles. So that leaves 1 left if hes normal camped, which i would leave to his last rookie year (4exp) camp between JS, Strength, or Blocks/Steals. If hes supercamped i think id want to hit his Handles, strength and then Stocks to make sure hes as efficient as possible TO wise. FLOOR - Tim Duncan CEILING - Inception

2. Damian Lillard - C B+ C+ C D+ A
He is a very interesting PG, in the mold of Steve, TB, Jamal - Damian looks to be the next score first PG looking to ascend to MVP candidacy. He will most certainly reach 30ppg in his career as some point. In the new age of players where outside scoring is paramount, Lillard and Curry will lead the pack. His turnstyle like defensive prowess might cause some issue, but moreover it seems turnovers will be the bigger issue. We have seen PGs like francis, arroyo, crawford, and many others thrive and win with higher TOs. and Damian seems to be in the mold of one of the guys who can overcome that issue. He doesnt like to pass which is nice. Easy number two choice as his ceiling is SLN MVPG. I would take the AD approach as well in camps, in that id hit his 3pt and JS for +8 in the first two seasons. If some how neither hit, SC his ass. But that wont happen. After that if both land camp his handles +8 and finish it up if only 1 scoring lands with a nice +8 steals to help however you can in making him more stock solvent.
Floor - Jamal Crawford Ceiling - 30ppg+ Lou Williams and MVP

3. Bradley Beal - C+ B B C C-
Feels like a guy who can go either way. Could ascend to the Jameer nelson stratosphere of unexpected god-hood, or could wither into a solid dude who does stuff. TC gods will be the final judge. While not as clear cut as the first two on the list, I think with the right RNG he will be a multidimensional SG. I do worry that there's no mention of his potential. And his subpar defense and TO issues leave much to be desired out of Beal. I think A supercamp is in order for Mr Beal, centered around 10 Handles, and some combination of strength, steals or shooting. I think unlike AD and Damian, Beal isnt as much at risk of surpassing 85 on any shooting stat before the SC is eligible, but unlike the rest of the draft class, he still is safely locked in as a top 3 prospect, and any team at the 3rd pick would benefit from having him.
Floor - Rashard Mccants with Worse Stock to TO Ceiling - Kobe

4. Andre Drummond C+ D D- B- B+
Am very torn on Andre 3000 turnovers. His sloppy handles is the only thing keeping him from being a defensive lord like Diop. i love the word girthy in that profile. He will be one of the best if not the best rebounder in the next generation. He will be a constant anchor for teams. But his downside has me worried, in that his efficiency might be ruined if his TOs are too far past 2TOPG. He also could turn into someone who shoots too much and is never efficient. He wont be good from the line and his rebounding could mean he encounters the Diaw effect (shoot-miss-rebound-shoot-miss-repeat). I think his ceiling is what moved him to 4 for me from like the end of the lotto. Would hit this man with +8 Strength cuz it wont hit (if it does hes Goku’s fridge), then i would blast his Stocks and handles in a supercamp (10H/10Stl/6block) to ensure hes as stock positive as a conservative can be.
Floor - Chris Webber with less accolades Ceiling - Dwights Defense

5. Khris Middleton - B- B- C+ C C
I love this man! He looks awesome to start out and with some good TCs, he could definitely become and allstar. Looks like a guy who might be able to play the SG as well as the SF position. A ready for the SLN player is exactly what you want if your trying to make a more dramatic jump up the ladder like the nuggets did last year. That B- B- start to his offense is awfully sexy. And it sounds like hes got enough else in the bag to round out to a bonafide dude. I would camp his Handles +8 for sure, hit his Steals +8 as well, then i would probably throw some into JS and or 3pt.
Floor - Rashard Mccants Ceiling - Sexier Kerry Kittles

6. Harrison Barnes - C+ B- C- C+ C
The exact opposite of Khris, and depending on the team should easily be taken before him. But dont be mistaken, this man might wake up missing during his rookie contract. But i think his ceiling is one of the best two way wings in the game if he gets the Jameer Nelson rolls. Its def a risk reward lotto ticket primed for a shitty team looking for high upside and continued short term pain. Probably the biggest SC candidate in the draft. Needs all the juice he can get. This will give you time to see what he looks like as well as you could camp a bunch of different things. Def would hit steals. But do you hit handles or is he tolerable? Do you hit his strength to make him a much stronger defender, or try and salvage a potential lacking offensive talent?
Floor - Matt Barnes? Ime? Chinese team? Ceiling - Michael “a lot of TC” Jordan

7. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist - C+ C C- B- B-
We have ventured deep into the proverbial merky swamps of this draft class now. I think all of these guys are at the mercy of Ashes and his TC henchmen, so you probably could go a bunch of different ways here and be just as wrong each time. I think this man is one of the sneakier defensive upside guys and could be a supreme version of Buttman. Words like “takes care of the ball pretty well” and “decent stock potential” make me feel certain ways. I think he could be a gerald wallace type and play as an amazing 6th man cover all wings guy. Another dude with a wide range of career possibilities
Floor - Renaldo Buttman Ceiling - Gerald Wallace

8. Draymond Green C+ C B+ B C+
The most polarizing player in the class aside from Andre imo. I would not be surprised to see him be a defensive presence and a name on the blocks for his career. And i also would not be surprised if his too Diaw-like quirky and his stip makes him worse. I think itll be interesting to see what happens with drays stip. Sounds like hes injruing people in the playoffs which is a WEAPON for the gm who drafts him. But shit like “may have some very bad nights” sounds no bueno to me haha. Sounds like you open a box and see dray go 2/16 with 6 tos. I think he will have some very great utility as a bench super sub and will be a great presence in the box score but I can also see TCs shaping him into an odd lump of lanolin.
Floor - Draymond Green if he never went to GSW Ceiling - Gerald Wallace with a tactical playoff injury nuke.

9. Thomas Robinson - B- D+ D+ C+ B
My number 3 big on the draft board. His rebounding is second to Drummond in this draft and he seems to be in the same league as draymond. He seems to have no shooting range so that offensive gave is needing to be monitored. I would not camp anything offensive about him. Im drafting him, camping handles, strength and stocks. Then im praying TC makes his offense like… idk Sampson? 7ppg on 42% ish. If He never shoots the ball he would be an amazing star defensive player. I got hopes for the kid.
Floor - The Heep of countless forgotten Bigs Ceiling - Sampson with more steals

10. Dion Waiters or Evan Fournier or Jeremy Lamb or Terrance Ross or Kent Bazemore
Lmao i feel like its the spiderman meme with these guys but all just slightly different. I think any of these guys. I would Take Kent as his defense seemingly is a tool out the gate and for a guy here in these parts of the draft, thats all you can as for. If he can eek our a solid offensive game he might literally become McCants. Dion waites has the highest potential and ceiling, but i think id rather have fournier as he looks to have good upside too. Terrance Ross and Jeremy Lamb have the same description, change my mind.

Bonus: Royce White - i think hes a nothing sandwich unless you draft him and then say positive things on the board and genuinely uplift and encourage you fellow GMs, creating a better vibe for all. Ashes will watch you like God on the boards and tally every fell deed. This will be literally potential in Royces blood. If you are toxic,he retires and you have to pay him 5mm a year mental welfare for a decade.

Special Mention: Festus Ezeli - MMMMMM i like big butts and i cannot lie. If he didnt have a TO problem he’d be top top 10, nuff said.
