Strengths: Good scorer. Very good catch and shoot guy. Takes care of the ball reasonably well. Good quickness. Good perimeter defender. Might get a steal. Decent strength.

Weaknesses: Not a good rebounder. Stocks probably won't ever get to very good/elite status.

Scout's Take: Klay is somewhat in the Michael Redd-type mold for scoring, but a sneaky good man defender. His defense probably won't show up on the stat sheet, but he does a good job at contesting his opposition. He might not become a truly elite player, but he should have a consistently good career and will always find a good role as a team's #2 or #3 option.
