bobby confirmed with jesse prior to posting. we also had agreed to the deal as TC came out and then waited for jesse's confirmation. was posted 20 minutes after SLN TC

Correct. Camps are the line of demarcation for RP trade caps.

FWIW:
-Bobby realized he misunderstood a rule, thereby impacting his RP totals and making him insolvent for camps.
-I told him as long as he gets over before TCs are run, his camps are okay.
-He and josh worked this out
-Took me a minute to respond to Bob, but this was above board

(timing wasn't ideal here but frankly this is easier than ashes undoing camps. And bobby flagged this proactively)
