Strengths: Solid finisher at the rim. Good length and quickness capable of bothering opposing players to create turnovers and challenge shots. Decent perimeter defense. Pretty good rebounder. Strength is okay at the 2.

Weaknesses: Shot needs a little refinement. Handles could use a bit of work.

Scout's Take: Bailey presents a unique opportunity of have a great size and length at the 2 spot. His offense is good but might need some time to develop at the next level. With proper development, he could be a very interesting talent.
