Strengths: Very good defender in the post. Will block shots and get steals. Solid rebounder. Decent quickness for his size.
Weaknesses: No offense. Handles need work. Needs to hit the weights a bit.
Scout's Take: Noel is as close to a pure defensive anchor as you can get. He isn't going to do anything else well or efficiently, but he will get stocks. Lot of teams like that.
